Been a member here since May 2023. Staff are brilliant. On first name terms with most of them. Charlotte on reception is kind and courteous and Dan and Jason offer sound advice. Facilities are great aswell as the sauna and steam room included in the membership. Spot on

Great place and very friendly but made a mistake making male showers communal with no disabled shower lot of members unhappy.

Had a mediocre training sesh, nice an quiet in the morning, not too noisy, then hit sauna afterwards, had it to myself for sometime until others came in, some builders were retiling floor near loungers, showers in first changing room were closed for maintenance so rinsed off in showers in Relaxation area, will shower when get home after visit to Sunquest...tantastic...overall well productive morning 😁👍

Gym usually okOther than getting the occasional idiot that think they can leave their gear on the machines while they go and spend 10 minutes in the toiletThen return and think they can take over the machine again

The gym had only bee opened for 1hour when I finished. The ladies changing rooms o the gym side need a good lean. There was dust and cobwebs.

Good set of equipment, but could do with a good clean and maintenance as some of machines are very rusty

A great complex with ample parking spaces. Plenty of classes to attend. Nice big lane swimming. Great for families and gym fanatics

There is something here for everybody who is interested in their health from swimming to cardio from free weights to weight machines of every kind. The staff are friendly and helpful. A great experience.
