Your Space Day Passes are available as a walk-in purchase from reception at all our clubs. Depending on the facilities at your chosen location, your visit may include the gym, swimming and fitness classes.

Day Passes are currently available as a walk-in purchase from the reception team at your chosen club.
You must be aged 16 or over and will need to show valid photo ID before using the facilities.
Complete our Health Commitment Statement, then enjoy one entry to the facilities available at your chosen club.
Your Day Pass gives you access to the facilities available at your chosen club. These may include:
Facilities vary between clubs. Swimming is included where an applicable swimming pool is available.
Fitness classes, swimming sessions and other bookable activities are subject to availability. Day Pass customers cannot book sessions in advance.
Metrodome: The £20 Day Pass includes the fitness facilities only. Metrodome Waterpark is not included.
Check your chosen club’s opening times and activity timetable before travelling. Your pass can be purchased from reception when you arrive.

Day Passes are currently available as a walk-in purchase from reception at all Your Space clubs.
Not at the moment. Your Day Pass must currently be purchased from reception when you arrive at your chosen club.
Each Day Pass is valid for one entry on the date it is purchased. It is not valid for 24 hours, and you cannot leave the club and return later using the same pass.
Yes, subject to availability. Day Pass customers can attend bookable sessions taking place during their visit, but sessions cannot be booked in advance.
We recommend checking the timetable before travelling and asking reception about availability when you arrive.
Swimming is included at clubs with an applicable swimming pool, subject to the pool timetable, session availability and any local admission rules.
Swimming and Metrodome Waterpark are not included in the Your Space Metrodome Day Pass.
Please bring valid photo ID. You will also need to complete a Health Commitment Statement before using the facilities.
Yes. You can purchase Day Passes whenever you would like to visit. Each pass is charged separately and is valid for one entry on the date it is purchased.
Yes. Day Passes are available to customers aged 16 and over. Valid photo ID will be required.
