I have always had a love for sport and fitness, which led me to work in different sporting fields throughout the past 5 years.
In 2021, I completed a degree in counselling psychology, wanting to help people with their mental health. However, I decided that my love for health and fitness was still very much my main focus, so I decided to combine my love for both and become a personal trainer.

I am dedicated to helping you work towards your own personal fitness goals through my 1:1 PT sessions and coaching. My aim is to create personalised fitness and nutrition programmes tailored to you, your goals, and lifestyle, which go beyond just getting you into shape. Through my skills, I design exercise and nutrition plans to easily fit into your daily routine.
My aim is not just focused on quick fixes, but to make lasting positive changes, build new habits, and give you an overall healthier lifestyle which you can stick to without it seeming like a chore!
Though our community of clients, we also take part in events such as Manchester 10k, running clubs, inflatable 5k, and so much more. Being part of our community of like-minded individuals is a great way to make friends on your fitness journey as well as giving yourself the opportunity to take part in activities and team days!
