My passion for fitness all started from a previous hobby of mine – I would frequently design programmes for friends and family with the intention of pointing them in the right direction for their training. My keen interest continued to grow, and ever since I have long admired a career within the fitness industry. This is what inspired me and provided me with the confidence to finally leave my full-time job, working hard to expand my qualifications and knowledge to embark upon my career as a Personal Trainer! During this time, I have acquired six years of experience, fulfilling roles in various gyms and working with a whole range of clients – everyone’s fitness journey is unique to themselves. I am proud to say I am now fully self-employed and dedicated to helping my clients achieve their desired results!
