I got into training at a very young age, competing in different sporting events, which led to my interest in personal training.
I have over 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.
I have gained a lot of experience in training a variety of clients with different needs and have helped them get results through target setting. These targets are realistic for my clients to gradually progress towards achieving their goals as they work through personalised training programmes to suit their needs.
My training methods include balance and coordination, metabolic training, strength, hypertrophy, 1 rep max tests, circuit training, kettlebells, boot camps and injury rehab.
