I grew up with a great interest in fitness and training, but I wasn’t always consistent, and I didn’t have the knowledge on how to maximise results. I decided to pursue my fitness career by taking up Level 2 Health and Wellbeing, Level 2 Strength and Condition and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications, following on from this, it encouraged me to help others to find their place in fitness, regardless of their goals!
