At Your Space, we think it’s never too early to start taking care of your health!
That’s why we’re excited to offer junior memberships for kids between the ages of 11 and 15.
Our young members get access to special gym sessions, with professional supervision, to make sure they’re safe and having fun and plus, they can take a dip in our swimming pool.
It’s never too early to feel good!
From Monday 6th January 2025 we will be making some changes to our junior gym offering, which are detailed below.
Monday to Friday: 3:00pm – 4:00pm (Max 20 participants)
Monday to Friday: 4:00pm – 5:00pm (Max 15 participants)
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am – 3:00pm (No booking required, check-in at reception)
Half Term & Bank Holidays: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm (No booking required, check-in at reception)
There will be no supervised sessions on Bank Holidays.
These sessions can be pre-booked up to 9 days in advance in the club or by calling 01623 400200 or emailing us at mansfieldenquiries@bpl.org.uk.
There is a maximum capacity of 20 at any one time in these sessions.
Monday to Tuesday 7:30pm – 10pm
Wednesday to Friday 6:30pm – 10pm
Saturday and Sunday 10am – 6pm
Half Term & Bank Holidays: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm
Get your heart pumping with our top-of-the-range gym equipment!
For our 11 – 12-year-olds, we offer a cardio paradise with treadmills, bikes, rowers and steppers to keep you moving and grooving.
But if you’re ready to level up, our 13 – 15-year-olds can also hit the resistance machines for a full-body workout. Get ready to feel the burn and have some fun!
Juniors aged 13-15 can use free weights during 18+ supervised sessions after completing five inductions.
Growing up and getting stronger is exciting, but it’s important to stay safe while doing so. That’s why our junior members must participate in an induction! They’ll get to meet one of our awesome staff members, who will give them a tour of the equipment and teach them how to use everything safely.
We want our juniors to feel confident and empowered, and with our fun and informative induction, they’ll be ready to take on the gym!
Free weight access requires five additional inductions for ages 13-15.
Appropriate gym wear is required. School clothing (except PE kit) is not permitted
Juniors must stay in the main gym and are not allowed in the dance or cycling studios.
Tuesday and Thursday 11am – 12pm
Saturday and Sunday 12:30pm – 2:00pm
Juniors must attend with a parent/guardian 18+.
