1. Membership Type: Participants must either:
   • Join online, or
   • Join in-club
2. Payment Method: Participants must be on a direct debit payment plan.
3. Referral Pathway: Participants who have joined through a referral pathway must also be on a direct debit payment plan.
4. Annual Membership: Participants who enrol in an annual membership.

Promotion Details:

• Eligible participants will receive a promotional package consisting of a bottle and a bag on the first visit.
