That’s why we’re excited to offer junior memberships for kids between the ages of 11 and 15.
Our young members get access to special gym sessions, with professional supervision, to make sure they’re safe and having fun. Plus, they can take a dip in our swimming pool and try out some of our awesome fitness classes!

Saturday 10am – 11am & 11am – 12pm
Monday to Thursday 06:30am – 3pm & 5pm – 9:30pm
Friday 06:30am – 3pm & 5pm – 9pm
Saturday 07:30am – 10am & 12pm – 6pm
Sunday 8:30am – 3pm

For our 11 – 12-year-olds, we offer a cardio paradise with treadmills, bikes, rowers and steppers to keep you moving and grooving.
But if you’re ready to level up, our 13 – 15-year-olds can also hit the resistance machines for a full-body workout. Get ready to feel the burn and have some fun!
No one under the age of 16 may use the free weights, including plate equipment.
Growing up and getting stronger is exciting, but it’s important to stay safe while doing so. That’s why our junior members must participate in an induction! They’ll get to meet one of our awesome staff members, who will give them a tour of the equipment and teach them how to use everything safely.
We want our juniors to feel confident and empowered, and with our fun and informative induction, they’ll be ready to take on the gym!
For parents & juniors sessions, both parent and junior must attend a joint induction with one of our Fitness Instructors. Inductions for these sessions are Monday to Friday only.
Current juniors who wish to attend parent & junior sessions must complete a new consent form and attend a joint induction with one of our Fitness Instructors.
Being a junior member doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the fun fitness classes!
Get ready to blast those abs with our Abs Blast class or dance up a storm in our Dance Aerobic sessions. Want to cycle your way to fitness? Come try Studio Cycling! And who says exercise can’t be fun? Shake it like nobody’s watching in our Zumba classes, or step up to a challenge with our Step sessions.
And don’t forget to work those lower body muscles with our Legs, Bums & Tums class.
Unfortunately, no-one under the age of 16 can take part in LesMills classes.
