Open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at selected sites – Your Space Dearneside, Your Space Metrodome, Your Space Pontefract and Your Space Retford.

Participation is subject to space availability in the class
Health Commitment
All participants must fill out a health commitment statement prior to participating in any class.
